Mr Reliable Cell C unfortunately not anymore

I have a Cell C pre-paid account as a back up emergency number The power in our area are very often down, and I am not talking about Load Shedding I did get this number for load shedding as well to have a back up phone and number for emergencies. In this month the power were of for a long time due to a lightning strike on top one of the units in the mountains. My regular phone battery was flat and I send whattsapps to communicate only to realise it is not going through. Checking my balance I have nearly 1 gig left for whattsapp purposes. When the power was back on I wrote a letter to Cell C and stating they are the only network that I was happy with. Telkom and Vodacom's services was and is pathetic. Please sort out the problem and come back to me as the name for this phone and number is self explanatory . Emergency phone. But unfortunatly this time Cell C did not even bother to respond. I am so shocked as I have used this platform , Hello Peter, to compliment Cell C
