I have contact cell regarding the contract that I have with the but they refuse to help ,I had I contract with them from 2*** before that contract end I lost my phone and contacted them and tell them when the contract end in October they must cancel the contract and they must block the phone too they didn't do that they went on deducting for the new contract of R189 from November 2016 to October 2018 but they didn't sent the phone for that contract the year 2*** they are still deducting R389 for that contract but they haven't sent the phone for that contract too, when I call them they say my contract is still having the arrears for two months for the contract of R389 for 2*** if a don't pay they will hand over my account to the lawyer if they can send my two phone first please can u please help out there
