Mr Goncalves

i have been in contact with cell c in connection with a query for international roaming for number *** from 12 febuary 2020 they debit my account without finalising the matter i reversed the amount and on the 13th March 2020 they just debit my account twice of R5000-00 each time without authorisation i find this totally unacceptable .
