I am so disappointed with cell c I have been having a contract with them since 2019 and when I took the sim data contract they told me is a month to month when I want to cancel they don’t want to cancel they say it’s fixed I have to pay them certain amount before I cancel. Every month they keep on billing me and they blocked their sim. I called more than 20 times without being assisted the number in question +***8

Cell c consultant called me they changed my contract from month to month to fixed contract without informing me now they claim that they sent me an sms of which I didn’t get. Cell c is a *** now I have to pay the cancellation amount of 750
