Since 3 years ago, Cell C refuse to give me my paid up letter. I paid Blake and associates a huge amount, and they said they paid it to Cell C, and wait for Cell C to give the paid up letter. Now another company, hired by Cell C, want me to pay again, a huge sum of money for the same account, I paid back 2020 already.
