Every month same story wiith Cellc April they couldnt find my eft payment.This month for May they debited my account but cant find the remainder amount that i paid by bank.deposit.How do you people actually operate are your staff given any training what so ever.because to me they seem totally lost and in.competant.Can someone.in a.position to.maybe.perhaps.help me.contact me on a phone.that i will be able to hear you on because.most of..the time i chat to.cellc they cannot even.hear a person on the phone. 08 May 2025, 10:38I still have a problem with Cellc i.was promised a refund into my account because of the i correct debit order.Now this morning they tell me.that they will.give me.a.credit instead of paying the.amount into my bank.account.I.am.not satisfied with this arrangement beacuse of the problems ive had previously with cell c.Can someone please call me regarding this issue
