Mr

I took a contract in 2018 with cell c which i oaid it off. Suprisingly im suppose to buy a house i cant qualify due to me owing R311 which i dont know how did it come to that. I called cell c office they are always taking me up and and down from 2020 till now. Am not happy with the service. My credit score cant groe due to cell c. Please attend to my request this is not fair. I mean i said am willing to pay it still. Guys what wrong have i done
