It appears on my credit report as the I still owed them, yet I payed off my account June 2020, but still affects my credit report still to date.. going to the shops does not help me, because the don’t have my details on their system any more, I don’t know what to do any more, last time I wrote a review here and they rep**** promised to have a look at it and sort it out till todate nothing happened.. to me cell c is very useless they can’t provide me with a payed up letter and they don’t update their system.
