They do not want to comply with CPA. They promise to pay me after 7 working Days, never since 22 December 2018 till today Cellc, I have fund on my account but Cellc kept in their account, is R570

She advised that the there is no refund due to you as the amount of R 674.00 paid on 15/07/17 was the cancellation fee and monthly subscription. The settlement amount in July 2017 was R 572.46 and the subscription was R 104.00
