Moving order, with CellC gone dark like eskom.
We contacted CellC on the 4th of Nov by email as well as verbally by phone to move our Fibre account to a new address. We received a message that our installation was complete a week later. Hopeful that something was done from CellC side but knew whatever was done was most probably wrong. The new address already had fibre installed it’s literally just moving the fibre locations. We moved in this past weekend and found that nothing was working. Called CellC yesterday morning and only a query was added to my profile to the person responsible for this moving order. Thus far still no communication from CellC side. Please help me get this done immediately.

05 Dec 2019, 15:43Tebogo from CellC mailed me about our cancellation and informed us that today's date would be seen as the first day of our 30-day notice, thought that this is past ridiculous. He also said we will be liable for a R1,368.32 cancelation fee, I would just like to say we don't feel like it would be fair to ask us for a cancellation fee if we did attempt to move the service and CellC just ignored us for a whole month. We did try not to cancel but would also like internet at our new address before the world ends. If you can do some magic and get the staff in order and get this done within a week we will be happy to move but I have already booked with a new ISP.
