Move away from cellc for better service
Cell-c has done it again. It will is the second time! After paying on the total account on 23rd of the April 2024. It have taken 2week to get a professional response from cell-c collection departed, time required to get a pdf document from the bank cell-c collection department cannot work on a reference number provided by myself the client. It can take anywhere from 3-4H out of my day, @R780 p/h to obtain a pdf or bank statement bank stamped. I really sorry to inform SSDA that your information is incorrect and un-law. It is defaming my character as a defaulter on payment. Your contact with wrong information can be used as harassment and defamation of character. As it is completely and untrue. Best of luck dealing with Cell-c. How will cell-c correct it now?

Numbers I call would ring ONCE and then calls is dropped by the system. "Call Ended"
It included all emergency numbers and police station.
Hundreds of Computer Tech JHB customer and clients has been complaining cannot get through for IT support calls. Receiving calls has been also an issue. Cellc can be glad, I or my family have not been ****** at gun point, or hiijacked, or any other life threating situation has happen. Because the it will be come a attempted ****** case due to cellc blocking my calls.
