MOST WORST SERVICE BELL C

They did put my dad on the blacklist after he paid his account in full last year November 2022. The account has been paid of in full and they promised my dad that his name will be cleared from the blacklist within 2 -15 days. We are going to the of February 2023 already and since nothing happened. After numerous phone calls and emails still just empty promises. Absolutely the worst service ever. Can someone please help with this matter?
