Most useless network provider

Cell C is the most useless network when it comes to being a service provider. From month one of having our new wifi router contract the debit order for such amount didn't go off. We had to do our own manual payment after battling with them every month they then phone my husband saying the account is being handed over because of x amount owning and failure to pay. We then questioned amounts and were told a much bigger amount due to our uncapped service. Yet from the beginning we stipulated it to be capped. How does the line automatically become open. My husband then. Made arrangements for payment but We then decided we were going to pay out the contract and with doing so we were given the wrong figure us then getting told we were owed money back but yet every time we call since to speak to anyone to cancel the arranged payment that's is almost due or to get our owed amount back there's no help and the line ends up getting cut!!!
