MOST UNHELPFUL COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
I have just spoken to the most unhelpful person I have ever encountered. Cannot answer my query properly so I asked for another department. She then asked for my password which I wasn't 100% sure of but gave the password which I am 99% sure is correct, but because I said I wasn't sure, they refused to talk to me any further and said I must call back when I can remember the password! Seriously, I have a query which I need answered NOW, not in a years time if by some miracle I remember the password. Yes, I swore, not at the person I was speaking to, but in general due to the level of frustration. This is absolutely ridiculous. So, I can never speak to Cell C again if i don't remember the password?????

03 Mar 2022, 16:06I need to speak to someone regarding a possible upgrade and also a query that I have where another customer of yours has on more than one occasion been given additional free minutes on their contract but i have never been offered the same even though I've been a customer of Cell C for 22 years.
