The experience I have with Cell C is one of the worse. How do you even call yourself a no.1 communicator? You the one company I regret ever opening a contract with. You have no support structure for women who are on maternity at all and that just sad. I've been with you guys for almost 5 years, and not once did anyone mention paybill assist as an option for when anything happens to me. However, knowing that I don't have it, my next attempt was to make an arrangement to make payment as my company doesn't pay when you on maternity. This was a complete failure as the one part of the business says it been made and the other part of the business says it not been made. I'm 38 weeks pregnant having to deal with the *********** company that can't even make a simple payment arrangement. The to be told I won't be getting my full benefits cause I'm in arrears. The more I'm explaining that I'm making arrangements to pay which by right I have if I'm technically unemployed the more the advisor is explaining that I'm in arrears. No vulnerable customer structure. It is sickening that you still even exist, I think it time the credit bureau start looking into your practices as a company.
