MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER!

Cell C is most terrible service provider I've ever been with. I have ended my contract with cellc on the 4th October 2022. I went on the website the end October to check my balance due. The website showed R0.00 due and i did not received a statement for October,thinking I do not owe them anything.Got a call from one of their agents advising me that i owe them money. She explained that the customer pays for the previous month eg. End of for October for the monh of October.( this was not explained to me initially). I told her I will pay everything by the end of November. Today i got a call from the debt collectors saying that my account was handed over to them.

How tf can you hand over a customer for 1 missed payment?!!!! I could understand if it was for 90+ days.

If I could give u 0 starts I would.... because 1 star is still too much for the type of **** service your customers receive!!!
