Most terrible experience ever!!!!

<p>I had a contract with Cell C , Paid it full in May 2016 . Cancelled my contract on the 28th of May 2016. All paid in full , but they still debit my account twice ! phoned their finance department last month and they said no it was a mistake and a refersal will be made , just to see today 25th of June they have done it again!!!! Went to Cell C in the Glen spoke to Lionel excellent service from him , he contacted them and was told that my last payment of 460,63 was allocated to the wrong account . All is fixed now apparently (ref : ********** 230). Paid bank fees for debit refersal because of their mistake!!! So please tell me Cell c where is the good service im suppose to get , you guys need to sort out your finance department NEVER take up a contract with you again!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am completely disgusted with your service , debit my account on a Sa****ay WHEN I ONLY HAD THAT MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT FOR FUEL FOR THE WEEK TO GET TO WORK</p>
