Most shocking service and NO customer care Goodbye Cell C
<p>So i have been a Cell C client for over a decade,i have been warned to leave to other networks and yet i stayed loyal.So i call in to query my airtime and data dissapearing thrn i get told i am not subscribed to anything and my call either gets dropped or put on hold suddenly!!! The least they can do is tell me wheres is it goong so i can monitor it,and yet this ****!! Ask to speak to a supervisor line gets dropped!!! Anyway clearly they have enought clients,i will be porting to Telkom as i hear people are valued and its affordable as well...Bye Cell C,your callcentre just fost you a client.</p>

You are correct, they were supposed to look into the matter and assist. We will get one of our team members to contact you and assist.
This will be addressed with the call centre manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
