MOST PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED!!!

Absolutely pathetic! Had my contract for a couple of years, never missed a payment! During the week, I came home, had no battery on my phone, so connected the mobile hotspot and worked on my computer. An hour or so passes before I switch off the laptop and go onto my phone to also switch off the mobile hotspot. I find messages from cell c, you have 15mg data left, then you have no data left. This came in while on my laptop and I did not see the messages and load more data, so i check my account to find it was +2k used just on data in the hour or so. PATHETIC. I was so angry. I load another 5gig on and this morning, I take my daughter to see Ferdinand at Key West, phone was off in the movies, I switch it on and cant do anything on my phonr, not call, no internet, nothing. I check my balances, i still have data, i still have minutes? i switch my phone on and off continuously and wonder what is going on, i have people to contact, i cant call them so I head home, 20min on my way home i get messages from cell c that my phone was suspended due to high usage!!! The only reason it was high was because of your stupid fees you charges me out of bundle, you didn't block it then hey! or try call me then, or stop the INTERNET then, but on a beautiful Saturday when I have things to do and people to see, i cant use my phone!! The excuse- they tried to call me, but when there was no answer, suspended my account. Did they even look into my account and check why it was so high. I mean really. So because i am busy the point in time you want to call me, you just go suspend my account WITHOUT PERMISSION!!! WHAT DO I PAY THE SERVICE FOR!!! TO HAVE A BLOCKED ****ING CELL PHONE!! NICE. and then i need to mission to figure our why my phone is not working and then to get it unsuspended. I am in the worst mood now. You have ruined my day. I am also now sitting at home because i could not call the people i wanted to go visit after leaving key west, and had no option but to go home and figure out why i cant use my phone. PLANS RUINED, SATURDAY RUINED. Cell c you can stick your contract where the sun don't shine! don't expect me to renew it and you can expect my canceling the contract immediately!!!!!
