MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER WITH THEIR PARTNERS

<p>I am EXTREMELY tired of Cell C and their tricks to ***** my money. I would think that since I laid a complaint last year they would not treat me like this, but I was wrong. After confirming with both Cell C and their partner C Surance that I have no insurance on my account the addition for insuarance was added to my account at the end of October 2016. I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. I have called numerous times and Cell C's *********** agents cannot tell why I am being debited, C Surance agents confirm I have no insurance, and assure me that I will be refunded. I sent emails to prove that I am being debited and to date have not been refunded. Then they have the nerve to debit me even more in February!!!!! How many times do I have to call in to confirm that I do not have insurance, how many times are you going to promise me refunds and never do it???? Needless to say, I reversed the debit order and received the nost friendly call yesterday asking when I will be making the outdtanding payment.... (I hope you can sense the sarcasim in that statement). While I was talking to the agent Lesego, and advised I will not be making the payment as I am lodging a complaint, she dropped the call before I could finish what I wanted to say..... Wow, you ***** my money every month, and when I take it back you are very quick to tell me you will be charging R70 for the reversed debit order and interest on my account.... That is PATHETIC considering YOU are the ones causing me irritation every month. What would I like as an outcome???? Do NOT cut my line, as you already have more that enough money that you have been *****ing, fix my account and let me know when you done.... Perhaps I should be requesting a settlement balance on this account as I am sooo tired of having my money taken, that should this issue be sorted I will propbably be debited for more **** that I do not have on my account.....</p>
