Most pathetic service i have ever received!!!

<p>A Samsung note 5 device was purchased from the Cell C. The device was not even 6 months old and was giving me problems,the device was freezing and then stopped charging. Device was R13 500 when purchased after the device was booked in to their repair centre,they approved my device for R7800 so i could choose another device to the value of R7800,when my note 5 was purchased,that was the best phone out at that time,and now they want me to choose a mid range device. I spoke to the repair center on numerous occasions and they assured that they would get back to me by close of business but never did.on the 09/05/2017.i had spoken to GARY from cellc repair centre who tells me that the note 5 is discontinued and i can only choose a device that amounts up to R7800 if i choose something different i need to pay in the difference! So i asked him how can i settle for a mid range device when i hand a premium device,he was still arrogant and rude.so i asked him a question if he booked in a Ferrari and left with a toyota how would he feel,he had no answer,he gave me the most poor service ive ever received in my life,on the other hand the other repair consultant is Andronica who assures me from the 06/05/2017 this issue will be sorted out,still havent received anything.Cell C repairs have given me the worst customer experience i have ever received.</p>
