Most pathetic service Cell C

We are extremely upset with cell c, I will never I MEEN NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, when you call in they advise you that ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED FIR QUILITY, PATHETIC, I had a contract more than 5years ago 2 years ago we canceled it, we also went in to there store at Langeberg mall, once again just to say this store also closed down, we called in numerous times to cancel contract, no one are able to assist or to actialy get contract canceled, we spoke to numerous managers, also they are as pathetic as cell c, as they recommend they will come back but no after sales service, up until now we still did not recieve any feedback, most pathetic service, Liezl Minnie ***
