Most Pathetic network provider

<p>Cell c is a bunch of amateaur people who cannot satisfy their customers and only money ****s idiots.</p> <p>this is not the first time i hav experienced such bad service .</p> <p>my phone has been on emergency calls since Tuesday, i have called the Customer care and they advised me it could be a sim error , i then went into branch Rosebank for assistance and delt with recardo and they was so unhelpful. they advised a sim swap is required and its and aditional cost </p> <p>why should it be the client responsibility when its a network issue , i have been with vodacom before and used my sim card for years and did not experience this . the sim card i have is not even a year old so how the hell .</p> <p>the guy in rosebank even made an error he put the store sim card in my phone and when i went to return it it was like a joke not even an apology.</p> <p>i need a new sim card asap , can anyone please assist me with this </p> <p> </p> <p>been with cell c for so many years and all you get is such bad service .</p> <p> </p>
