Most pathetic customer service

Hope this message gets to the correct people. I have been a loyal customer of cellc for a long time. I have so many big issues/problems, managers of tygervalley, cape gate, including a sales consultant of cape gate and a "feebback consultant" Tyron has not made any effort to contact me concerning the issues/problems that i have. This needs to be addressed very urgently as i have no more patience.
