Most pathetic company management

Most pathetic company. No shame, no sense of responsibility, and the fat cats are nowhere around. Just living on their fat salaries paid by us customers. Since my last review, nothing have changed. I received a reply but could not read/open it. But it does not matter, because we want actions, not replies. They tested the signal in our area, found it to be poor, and said they are not going to do something about it. We read about them recapitalising, the almost dishonest way of taking client's money without giving a reliable service, and wonder if we must take our money and run.
