Most pathetic cellphone provider...Cell C

Worst network cellphone provider in all existence of eternity to take out a contract with. I took my device in for repairs over a year ago, no contact was made regarding the progress of what was going on for about a month, I started making calls to Cell C (which was not easy and still not easy till today because the relevant departments are hardly ever available) to find out what exactly was going on and I was taken back and forth to different departments, until I was told the legal department should be in a better position to assist. I spoke to more than 3 different consultants about my problem and they all said they would get back to me, a whole year later and 6 months non of those consultants called me back for updated feedback. A year later I start receiving emails and calls from attorneys that I need to pay my Cell C account, I explained to three different attorney companies that I dont have Cell C's device and that they have it and have had it in their possession for over a year so I definitely can not pay for something I dont have and have not had for a year and 6 months. I tried once again to reach Cell C and I was told their legal department team is working from home and that I need to send an email and they will contact me, that was over 3 months ago and am still waiting for their reply. I eventually went to the branch where my device was handed in for repairs and the store manager said she will make contact with head office to find out what exactly was going on every week I had to call the store for feedback and she said she was also waiting for a response from head office, a month down the line the store was no longer available telephonically, when I physically went to the store to check what was going on, the shop had notice papers that they have closed. I went back to calling Cell C call centre and I was told the repairs department should be in a position to assist, the repairs department once again could not assist, I then asked for a supervisor or team leader or manager and I was told they will log a call for the manager to call me back that was over a week ago. These are the very same people who keep messing up my credit record but they are never reachable neither do they return calls or respond to emails but they very quick to hand one over for absolutely nothing. I have never seen a provider as lousy and pathetic as Cell C.
