Most Pathetic
I am now so fed up with the incompetence of Cell C. I been begging them for months to debit my account but they blantly refuse to do do. They put my account in arrears putting my home loan application at risk, they sms me threats when I'm fighting for my life in hospital... What must I do... Seriously... Just debit the damn account.. The money is available....

I seem to have numerous issues with Cell C once again. The debit order was not loaded as per my previous request, once again letting my account go into arrears, but a one time debit for the full outstanding amount was able to run on the 20th of August. I do not understand how this even works... Secondly, I was debited for a device and package that I do not have in my possession... I went to Cell C in Rosebank Mall on the 1st of February to upgrade my package to a Huawei T3 tablet, the very next day I returned the tablet to the same branch as I was unhappy with the device.They said I could return it but they would send it for repairs to first see if there was an issue with the device (which there was) and they were then supposed to process the return. In July I called the retensions team to choose a new package for my contract line which had ended in July ***) and was offered a 10gig package for R99. To my surprise I received an sms saying I would be debited with R296 and I only received 2gig data on the first of August. I assumed the sms was sent incorrectly but was confused about the data. When I was called by the call centre I was advised that the debit was for my T3 tablet and I advised the consultant that I am not in possession of such a device and I cancelled that upgrade. I also advised that should I be debited with R296 I would reverse the debit order. Please can this matter be looked into urgetnly as I cannot pay for something that I do not have. I am seriously considering reversing the debit order, but knowing Cell C they would block my accpunt even though this is THEIR error and not mine.
