Most *********** bunch of people ever

I have been fighting with Cell C for 8 months now for my credit on my fiber account and everyone promise they will phone back but no one does. I REGRET ever joining Cell C they are worse than Telkom. Call me or cancel all my accounts and Prepaid my Cell nr.

Spoke to Chantel Woodrow and was assured that a Jared Naidoo will contact me before close of bussiness and that she will follow up with me before end of day and none of that happend the case ***. is this realy what client service is about at Cell C ????

Spoke to Precious Mpanza Ref : ********** ********** 75 said she will sort it out and get a manager to call me and gave me her email adress. No she has blocked my email adress and did not sort out any thing.

Spoke to Tumiso Lebang Ref : ********** ********** 69 and ********** ********** 68 same story new day . Still nobidy gets back to me.

Spoke to Phobeka Mngadi Ref : ********** ********** 13. Nothing

Please cancel my Fibre and Cell phone line and make it a Pay-as-you-go nr. CANCEL EVERYTHING!!!! Been a loyal customer for 6 years and no more....
