Most incompentent company ever

Good day

I am so disappointed.

I've been trying to get a hold legal department for the last 3 weeks with no success. Cell C has been doing me in by making arrangements with me and still debiting off my account, and then when I've tried to get a hold of them for a refund and to close the account, the legal department has been unavailable. At this point Cell C owes me.

I've tried to be nice and polite but this is getting ridiculous.

I have a reference number for this query and I need someone from Cell C to contact me urgently in regards to this issue, that will be able to assist. So I don't need customer care to call me, I need the legal department to contact me ASAP. This is truly so unprofessional and tiring having to deal with such an *********** company. I've called into Cell C so many times since last year November (and they can go check the recordings) and I've have gotten no where. Cell C has not been helpful at all, and hasn't tried to make things easier at all.

Please contact me urgently regarding this matter.
