Most incomepetent bunch of people

Yet another epic fail by Cell C. Moved my debit order date with them, but the lady who assisted me failed to explain to me that two installments will go off in one month. Second debit order reversed because of that. I phoned Cell C, and only then did they explain how it works. So I requested the banking details so I could pay the outstanding amount. Received the banking details on Tuesday afternoon, and when I wanted to make the payment on Wednesday, I noticed that two new debit orders were loaded onto my account from Cell C. Phoned my bank, they informed me that I cannot cancel the new debit orders, so I waited for the debit orders to go off. Despite of the debit orders being successful, Cell C still suspended my phone lines. Thank you Charlotte for being the first Cell C agent that actually understood the ***** up , and for apologizing on behalf of the other useless people working at Cell C. The one advantage of the extra debit order is that I have 14 days less to hold out with these useless bunch so I can move away
