Most ****ed up cellular services supplier

On the 01 March 2018 if paid up my account to the Debt collecting company Nudebt. They send me the paid up letter after advising me that Cell C would automatically update my ITC record . It did not happend as yet after almost two months.

I then sent on the letter to Cell C as they requested. They called me later the day after 5 calls to them hanging on the line each time over 30mins telling me that they will send my details to Compuscan to update my ITC record. Still today nothing has happen i am in process of applying for a home loan but due this asshole of a company my life is ****ed.
