I have a prepaid sim from Cell C, and I must say I am really happy. I phone quite a lot in my business, and for just R199 you can buy 900 MINUTES that you can phone to any service provider at any time. I don't know of anything more affordable. Then I just purchase the Whatsapp Bundle for another R29, which lasts me a month. And then with the R199 airtime that you put on you get bonus data which I usually use for emails and GPS navigation. So yeah, I like them.
