Moses form complaints will made me move to another service provider

This company isn't even one star worth.

My wife has had trouble with them with 3 contracts and just go off the phone with a Moses form the complaints department. He was extremely rude and dint give my wife chance to talk before talking over her. When asked to talk to the manager he said she must phone the call center very arrogantly. This is not the way things should be done by anyone dealing with complaints.

If you take away anything from this post is rather move to Vodacom or MTN.
