More uselessness

<p>I have a phone got on contract for my brother, which now migrated to prepaid. The number cannot make or receive calls for some reason so I bought a new sim card hoping to perform a sim swap. Spoke to one of your useless consultants and as always appalling service...She said she wont do the sim sawp cos I cannot answer the security questions... How can I answer them its my brother's number. And he cannot do a sim swap himself because this was a contract number and I have to do it myself. As this was on contract and you have my details, what more security do you need to do a simple sim swap.</p> <p> </p> <p>Like sometimes can you people at least try to use your grey matter, I dont enjoying wasting my mone and time calling your useless customer service only not to be assisted with my queries. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
