More than one complaint
During March 2015 my wife took my son's phone, a Samsung S3 mini in to Key West Branch, because the screen didn't want to come on. There she was told that my Id were needed.
The next day I went with her again to Key West. There one of the ladies informed us that if we want to book in the phone we have to pay R1000, even if the phone was still under guarantee. She also said to us that if we took it to Samsung Cradlestone they would fix the 1st 2 screen replacements for free. When we got to Samsung Cradlestone we were informed that that wasn't the case.
The next week I lodged a complaint with Cell C's Head Office. A lady phoned me back and told me that they should have taken the phone and booked it in. The manager of Key West also phoned me back and said that the lady in question were off and that he would phone me back the next day.
Till today nobody have phoned me back or given me any feedback. I still have a broken phone which is under guarantee
