MORE THAN 30 DAYS TO BLACKLIST A HANDSET!!!!!

I have requested for my handset to be blacklisted on the 7th of July 2021 and till to date I have not recieved any reply or reference number ITC number for my claim. Its been OVER a month.

I was assisted by Phindiswa from Cell C Greenacres after failing to answer thw security questions on the phone since my phone is currently being used by the person who stole it. It still active the person is using my number and I need to get it blacklisted and claim from my insurance company that Im actively paying but phoneless for a month. She cc'd me on an email to the TPH something and assured me it would take Less than a week. Its almost end of August what kind of service is this.

And no I cannot go to the store because I am on isolation and I cannot survive without a phone and Working from home.
