More than 2 weeks and still no help
How is it possible that the matter has been escalated and escalated and escalated? Every time they promise they will get back but no one gets back to me. It's been more than 2 weeks and not a single person wants to help me. All of them just say I'm so sorry for the inconvenience but no one wants to help... I'm a client of Cell C for more than 15 years and this is how you help...

He then said he will transfer me to someone who can help. Then he had technical difficulty transferring me. He said the right person will contact me later today... NOTHING. CellC for yourself... Looks like I'm on my own...
