More lies

Hi,

I got a call from Mayopeng?..... Told me he can’t find anything about cell c upgrading a tower as they don’t have a tower in the area???? I asked him to confirm by mail the situation and he said either Monday 8 Jan or latest 9 Jan he would let me know what the situation is. He, as well as Danielle who was the previous agent who phoned me and made the same promise never came back to me.

I was told about 6 weeks ago a tower would be upgraded and would take about 2 weeks!!! This was after your technical guy visited me and found no signal. I repeat… I had a perfect signal since I moved to the area for 3 months and then suddenly on Sunday afternoon about 2 months ago the signal virtually disappeared. In my language that means something ”broke” on that day. Cell c don’t seem to comprehend this fact and each time I get a call we start from scratch.

I am also tired of being told to switch to Vodacom roaming as it kicks me off often and that is not what I purchased!!!!

By now I think I will report this to the ICASA as each communication from Cell C is from a different person and only after I use Hello Peter or social media.
