More empty promises and more lies

Another empty promise and more lies!!! On the 8th of October Cellc promised me a refund that I will receive within 2 to 3 days. And to this date no response or refund. Cell c, your previous replies stating that this is not your standard practices are all lies. This is your standard practice, as your efforts and results clearly indicates that
