Monthy Data bundel , need to be reloaded 5 times a month

Cell C is advertising a WhatsApp data bundle for R12.50 a month, they are lying we have to reload the data bundle every week , my husband and daughter is using this Cell C data bundle but the past 2months we need to reload the bundle every single week, how can you keep on lying like this to your customers? you still advertise this bundle but you make it expire every week, so the R12.50 bundle actually cost R62.50 it will be cheaper to get data from MTN. don't advertise stuff if you can't deliver this is called BAD SERVICE and then when you call us your customer service agent is sooo rude. this is not acceptable if you can't do the R12.50 bundle anymore you need to at least inform your customers.
