Months worth of phone calls means nothing

What happened? I don't even know where to start.<br> <br> I have 2 accounts with Cell C. Both expired in September. So needless to say, they are ridiculously quick when it comes to selling you stuff, but guess what? Not even that can be done properly. I am so sick of this.
