Monthly premium
So i have a contract with cell c then in October they called to sell the best deals for data and they said I will be paying R199.00 for 20GB but to my surprise the bill increased from R2100 and some change to R2500 bear in mind it was an existing contract and I was paying around R320 but after they mentioned the promo they hay I was told that the will decrease but not decreased instead it increased.
In November I called them and they said as from December 2024 it's going to decrease to R2100.00 and some change indeed they debited that R2100 from my account but now it went up to R2500 and they never mentioned that it's going to fluctuate every month they just said to me since I opted to the promo deal my premium will change effective from December 2024 but now in January the statement shows that they will be debiting R2500.00
