Monthly payments made - threats with Credit Bureau

I received a call today that Cell C will be listing me on ITC for arrears. I honour my monthly commitments, they can not tell me how the arrears are calculated..... One can not complain about there service as there are NO SERVICE - the call centre attendance is abrupt, rude and uniformed and they do not understand customer service at all.<br> <br> Please call me on *** as a matter of urgency
