Monthly installment not given permission to deduct from account

I am very poor service that I received from you after I've been one of your loyal clients for the past 8 years. I've had more than 6 cell phone and data contracts with you. All my contracts came to an end last year 2023 and without my knowledge you billed me 4 monthly amounts that came to R2600 per month. Now you handed me over to a lawyer. Up till now I never received any data or airtime and do not have the cell numbers that you claimed that I have. Although I 've received data on my main cell phone you've even blocked my phone so that I could not use it while you deducted my money. I've received airtime which my company send me which you also forfeited. How on this earth do you expect me to pay for things that I did not receive. I will never recommend you to my family or friends. I went to your shop numerous times they rather want to sell more products to you instead of solving your problems. I've also phoned your customer care number which went on voice mail or just ringing. You services are very poor.
