Monthly debit for unwanted email account

I took out a contract with Cell C for my brother, which is what I signed up for, however there has been an additional debit of R38 added for an Email account - ISPB CC-809459-1. The last mentioned has been deducted from my account since and I have never used it or wanted it.<br> <br> Phoning the call centre or head office doesn't help, as all they say is \We can only see your active contract account". The active account with Cell C is not being disputed"
