monthly billing

On the 12th of Feb I lost my phone on my way from work. I called Cell C to block my phone and SIM. I was given a ref no ITC ***5. I did SIM swap on the 8th March to my surprise my monthly benefits were not there. I called Cell C and they told me I wad given the 6g on the 1st of March . Apparently the person who got my phone was busy using it. I was surprised cos I was under the impression that my SIM was blocked on the day it was lost. I complained to Cellc and they said they will listen to the recording of my call and the gentleman who was busy with my query came back to say he did listen to it send confirmed what I said. He said he will refer the query to billing dept so I can b compensated cos the agent who dealt with my call the 1st time didn't follow the right procedure. Then a lady by the name of Lorentia from the billing dept called me and said she will look at my query and get back to me as soon as she generate my statement. It's been a week and no one has come back to me. I can not pay R750 every month for benefits I didn't receive.
