Monthly billing

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help with my cellc billing every month.three months ago I took out a contract for my son with cellc.</p> <p>I discussed with the consultant at the store open line etc they need to put limits on etc.</p> <p>He said to me yes limit of R50 and the line has been with extra cellc R5 for what's app bundles I agreed,as to put R50 he put R200 I called customer service several times to decrease the limit.</p> <p>Every month he gets R150 which they had said he needs to use that wisely coz it's for calling data sms etc if that runs out he will have to wait for the next month.</p> <p>But now cellc has this *147# thing where he can purchase data without my consent. I was then billed R1200 in the month of June which came as a big shock to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now this month I see there is a bill running for R1900 I called in the beginning of the month asking them to check that promp and cancel it coz I can not sit with bills this high for a cellphone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a single parent and to sit with bills of over R1000 of rands monthly is not in my budget.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
