Monthly amount increases WITH a soft lock

A month ago me and my husband phoned Cell C to find out why the monthly deduction was way more that what we signed for, they explained and we requested a soft lock to be put on the Phone and data ect so that the monthly premium is the amount that we signed for, they agreed and confirmed that the soft lock was activated and that the monthly premium will be R395 from the 1st on September, today the amount deducted is R705.00 - SO WERE IS THE SOFT LOCK!!! Cell C is a bunch of ********, since we signed the contract!!!! I want feedback and a solution!!!
