Month to month contract of 24months
I finished my contract with cellc and did not want to upgrade and wanted to close the account and they convinced me to stay on a month to month and receive data, minutes and smses and I agreed thinking I can cancel it at any time. Now my wife took out a new contract on her name and I wanted to close the month to month and I was told I can't cancel, I must pay the remaining balance. Then I asked how that is possible they said that i agreed to a 24month contract on a month to month base which does not make sense at all. I need help to sort this out.

12 Oct 2022, 11:14Yes I want to know why the *** contract can't be canseled immediately seeing that it's on a month to month contract and that *** contract end on the 29th and I am going to cansel it I won't upgrade that phone is currently with celc repairs for the second time and celc wants me to pay R1300 to repair the phone while it's stil under warranty so I want nothing to do with celc any longer I want to close all 3 of my contracts with celc I Wil move to vodacom instead
