Month to month contract cancelation
I had a month to month contract with cellc and wanted to cancel today upon my call they informed that my contract changed to a fixed contractor and I have 17 months remaining. After my colleague calls to my surprises his never changed and we open same time the accounts. I have not agree to change to a fixed contract and want my account cancelled with immediate effect. Number in question ***

16 May 2022, 15:11I've been on calls the entire morning ,I was informed that Mpilo will call me back as I still await her call. It is so convenient for cellc to call us regularly for upgrades,important information such as binding me to fix contract I couldn't receive a call... I'm not settling for this and very upset with the service provided by cellc I've been a loyal customer for years to be treated like this. I'm highly disappointed and disgraced by your level of service...kindly forward me all correspondence regarding this matter let me take it up with the ombudsman I refuse to be held accountable for 17 months longer !
